Who Am I? and How Can I Help?

Hi, I’m Tiya Delson, a Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals and couples who feel like something is missing in their lives or who sense they’re not fully living as the person they want to be. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, even when things look “fine” on the outside.

I am a passionate, kind, and collaborative therapist who believes that meaningful change happens in a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
